**Terms and Conditions**
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the mobile application "TeamLynk" operated by TeamLynk LLC. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the TeamLynk application.
By accessing or using the TeamLynk application in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the application, downloading the application, or contributing content or other materials to the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
**1. Use of the Application**
1.1. The Application is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, must have an administrator on your account who is over the age of 18.
1.2. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Application or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Application.
1.3. You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Application without our prior written authorization.
1.4 You agree not to utilize the application for any illegal or immoral activity including but not limited to the transfer or distribution of illegal materials or any coordination or information regarding the same.
**2. Permissions**
2.1. Background Location Fetch: TeamLynk requires this permission in order for users to share their real-time, or near real-time, location with their contacts on the application if they choose to do so. Users do have the capability to turn off their location sharing by turning on “Ghost Mode” for their location in the application settings menu. If users choose not to enable “Ghost Mode”, their location will be shared with their contacts on TeamLynk and their location on the map will be visible by their contacts while the TeamLynk application is running in the background on their device.
Note: The use of the SOS feature will be hindered while a user’s “Ghost Mode” is enabled for their location sharing. While “Ghost Mode” is enabled for a user’s location, that user’s contacts will not be able to see their location even if the SOS feature is activated either by that user or on their behalf.
2.2. Contacts Fetching/Sinc: TeamLynk requires access to the contacts on a user’s device in order to provide users the ability to invite their contacts to join TeamLynk and link/interact with each other based on the users’ phone numbers. TeamLynk will not store, share, or sell a user’s contacts for any reason.
2.3. Notifications: TeamLynk requires the permission to send push notifications to users to facilitate real-time notification of activity and users attempting to contact each other. Push notifications will include when a user receives a chat, another user has activated their SOS feature, or TeamLynk has sent push notifications to its users detailing application updates, new features, or any other relevant information. Users have the ability to put their notifications in to “Ghost Mode” in the settings menu; this will mute that user’s notifications from TeamLynk.
2.4. Microphone: TeamLynk requires the permission to access a user’s device microphone in order for a user to send voice recording messages and radio messages (as these features are available). Outside of a user sending a voice or radio message, TeamLynk will not utilize a user’s device microphone for any other reason. Information from a user’s microphone will not be stored, shared or sold for any reason, other than to keep a voice message in the user’s chat history if they choose not to delete it.
2.5. Camera and Gallery: TeamLynk requires permission to access a user’s camera and photo gallery to facilitate the sharing of pictures and videos between contacts. TeamLynk will not collect, share, or sell any information from a user’s gallery or camera for any purpose other than storing the a picure or video that a user sends in their chat history if they choose not to delete it.
**3. Intellectual Property**
3.1. The Application, Website, logos, pictures, and all other original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TeamLynk LLC and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TeamLynk LLC.
**4. Privacy**
4.1. Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy,which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to these Terms.
**5. Termination**
5.1. We may terminate your access to the application, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. You will not be eligible for financial compensation if your access to the application is terminated and TeamLynk LLC is not responsible for any lost information after termination.
**6. Changes to Terms**
6.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Application.
